What is the duration of the massage?
Your massage will be for the length of time you booked (120, 90, 60 minutes or other). The massage begins when your massage therapist places her/his hands on you.
Can I play my music?
Of course you can! We think you'll be even more relaxed with your favourite music. You can also choose from our playlist selection.
What are your payment methods?
It is possible to pay by credit card, Interac transfer or cash. A credit card is required to confirm your reservation, but you can pay after the session.
I feel sick, can I still have my massage?
If you are ill, it is best to reschedule your appointment to avoid aggravating your symptoms and potentially contaminating your therapist. Contact us promptly to let us know about your health condition.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
More than 24 hours notice: No charge, refundable or creditable. Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of the booking price will be charged
Do I need to tip the massage therapist?
A tip is always appreciated, but not required; it is at your discretion.
Will I receive a receipt for my insurance?
Absolutely! You will receive your insurance receipt by email shortly after your session.
When should I make another appointment?
The assimilation time of a massage is about 48 hours, so this is the minimum time between your sessions. After that, it all depends on the type of massage you received, your preferences, your needs, your availability, your wallet, your insurance coverage, etc. You can discuss this with your therapist.
Can I book with the same massage therapist again?
Absolutely! You can choose the time slot that suits you best, directly in the online calendar of your favourite massage therapist.
Can I gift an in-home massage?
