Massage avec Valérie L🌱

Valérie is a talented, caring massage therapist who listens to your needs. If you're in pain, you can be sure she'll use all her knowledge to improve your condition. If you prefer relaxation, she'll also take care of you to gently release tension.

She has a diploma in Swedish massage and is a member of the FQM. Keen to learn more about the human body, she has specialized in chair massage, deep-tissue massage and trigger point massage. She'll be continuing her training to obtain certification in kinesitherapy, because she loves finding the source of your discomfort.

Also passionate about traditional Chinese medicine, Valérie has been a qigong and medical qigong instructor since 2019. She is recognized as a 3rd Duan by the International Health Qigong Federation. At a younger age, she also became interested in Reiki, and has been a master of this discipline since 2009.

Curious by nature and keen to discover new things, Valérie has travelled extensively and has a passion for mycology and plants.
