Marina not only seeks to bring relaxation and comfort, but also to relieve the stress that causes so much disease in the world today. To achieve a health maintenance program, she uses a multidisciplinary approach such as massage therapy, yoga and nutrition. Her techniques include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga, Foot Reflexology, Shiatsu, nutrition plans based on Ayurvedic principles and personalized yoga sessions specifically designed for individual needs.
Working as a massage therapist has always been her passion. A people-person from birth, she gravitated to Massage Therapy and its focus on helping and relaxing. Being trained in different massage therapy modalities, she brings a variety of experiences to the table. Environment is an important part of a massage process and she strives to adapt her work to the individual needs of each person.
